Let’s say you met a girl. You like her and she likes you. Now it’s time for the first kiss.

What to do? Many would give up on tiring because they are afraid of being rejected. However the lack of courage to do this is something quite natural. Fortunately there are solutions to every issue.

For instance, if you are shy there are ways of getting past the anxiety caused by the first kiss. The best way to do that is by doing somthing funny and don’t consider the kiss such a big fuss. The fact that you want to kiss her and the fear of getting rejected will disappear.

Here’s an example:

Let’s say you are at a sweet-shop and you both finished your cakes. You take a deep look into her eyes and you feel like kissing her. You simply lift your knocking at the door finger and point to her lips:
You: knock, knock! Are you home?
Her: Yes!
You: Can I come inside?
Her: Yes!
And then you kiss her.
Funny and simple!

Until a few decades ago it was inconceivable for a woman to kiss a man by her own initiative. However things have changed and the 21st century woman is more on a “If you want it, get it!” motto.

So if you’d like to kiss the guy you are dating, you shouldn’t hesitate. Of course there are certain risks to be taking into account. You might be perceived as aggressive or intimidating but I think it’s a worthy risk. The only thing you should take into consideration is that your will to kiss is shared by the targeted person as well.

Timing is an important aspect of kissing. Many try to get rid of the pressure and attempt it at the beginning of a date. That may be wrong. The girl might be nervous and unsure, so it’s better to wait for the end of the date. By this time the girl is probably expecting a kiss and the chances for success are bigger.

The kiss itself is the end result of a series of actions:

• At the end of the date, after you took her home or before you part time, start looking into her eyes. That’s a sign of trust and also of honesty.
• While looking into her eyes try to act natural, don’t laugh, maybe just put a simple smile on your face.
• Still looking into her eyes, slowly approach her, rise and touch her chin with your left hand. Continue the approach move and make lips contact.
• Your right hand should stand still but also it shouldn’t paw her. You should touch her hip like when dancing a blues.

The first step is prepping: basically what you have to do is to control your breathing. Avoiding consuming spicy food before the attempt could be a plus.

The second step consists in creating a pleasant atmosphere and getting a little bit of composure. Nothing can ruin a kiss more than hesitation.

The third step is related to the lips and mouth. No need to rush, so be gentile. Easily get close to your partner’s face, carefully not to get your noses rubbed. In order to avoid that just simply lean your head aside. Then get your lips close to your partner’s and make contact. Be careful not to touch each other with your teethes.
